We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Period
Customers can request a return within 7 days after receiving the product.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a full refund after verification.
Customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package. This video is required to verify product damage.
If an unboxing video is not provided, we will not be able to process a return for damaged products.
Change of Mind Returns
If you decide to return a product because you changed your mind after purchase, we can accept the return. However, the shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Process
Before returning any product, you must contact us through WhatsApp and provide:
- Your Order Number
- The reason for return
Returns will not be accepted without contacting us first.
Returning the Product
Customers must send the product back to us through postal service. We do not arrange return pickups.
Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer. After sending the product, please share the postal receipt or tracking slip with us.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product and complete the inspection, the eligible refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued only after the product is received and verified.

Delivery times may vary and public holidays are not included.
Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
We always check product quality carefully before shipping.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on location and postal service.
