Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
Your Order ID must be provided when requesting a return or replacement.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
An unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for verification.
The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
Share your Order ID, unboxing video, and photos/videos showing the issue.
Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
Missing Items
If any item is missing from your order:
- After verification, any confirmed missing item will be shipped separately at no additional cost.
- Contact us with your Order ID and complete unboxing video.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons:
- Used products
- Consumable products after opening
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or sale items (unless received damaged or incorrect)
Returns will not be accepted without contacting us first.
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received (if applicable), refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Bank processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Refund processing time: 5–7 business days
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for the same item if they are received damaged, defective, or incorrect. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or defective product.
